YSRCP focused on huge majority in Kovur

It’s a prestigious election for YSRCP president Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy. He and his party have focused on huge majority in the Kovur by-elections.

Nallapureddy Prasanna Kumar Reddy is contesting from YSRCP. Previously, he contested from TDP and won with majority. Prasanna Kumar Reddy’s father Srinivasulu Reddy had a good following in Kovur constituency and in some areas in Nellore district as well. Prasanna Kumar has been continuing his father’s legacy after Srinivasulu’s demise.

Couple of days ago, Prasanna filed nomination papers in the presence of Nellore MP Mekapati Raja Mohan Reddy. YSRCP appointed Konathala Ramakrishna, Mekapati, and Kakani Govardhan Reddy as election in charges to Kovur constituency.

YSRCP has been forward in election campaign among all other parties. TDP’s Nellore District’s Party President Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy is contesting from TDP and former MLA Polamreddy Srinivasulu Reddy is likely to contest from Congress.

All the three parties’ leaders have been meeting with their followers and strictly saying to campaign aggressively for their respective candidates.

YSRCP has already announced YS Jagan campaign schedule in Kovur. Party sources are confident that Prasanna Kumar will easily win with 30,000 majority. YS Jagan is desperately looking to repeat Kadapa and Pulivendula results in Kovur as well.

The last date of nomination withdrawal is March 3, polling date is March 18 and counting of votes is March 21.

Y.S Jagan, KCR tie-up!

YSR CP President is allegedly maintaining low-key relationship with TRS President K. Chandra Sekhar Rao to strengthen his party in Telangana region.

Recently, TDP President has said that TSR is tie-up with Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and Congress. Though it is common in politics making allegations on other parties, but sources confirmed that Jagan and KCR have reached the deal for the next elections.

It’s a fact that TRS party protested against Jagan when he entered into Telangana region for Odharpu Yatra. Later, Jagan took some time to enter into Telangana and stepped powerfully second time. During his journey to Armur, he did not face protests as that of first time and successfully finished his Armur deeksha. Several political factors were changed since a year.

After establishing the YSR CP, Jagan has been moving strategically over Telangana issue and also reached an agreement with TSR secretly. In the YSR CP plenary meeting, he announced that Telangana issue is not his hands. Later, YSR CP did not contest in Banswada by-election in favor of Telangana sentiment.

Jagan has been surveying with his personal members in all the regions for every two months and concentrating on weak regions. He already bagged good support in Coastal and Rayalaseema regions. Jagan is confident that he can win in all seats in these two regions. Now, he completely focused on Telangana. He believes if he is able to win at least 40 seats in T-region then it will be easy for him to form the government without any support of other parties. YSR CP announced Jagan will start Odharpu yatra in Telengana in next couple of months.

Is Pranab Mukherjee supporting Y.S. Jagan?

Y.S. Jagan is frequently communicating with Central Finance minister Pranab Mukherjee. Kadapa MP even met Pranab for couple of times secretly in last two months.

As per the sources, Jagan has been meeting Congress senior leader Pranab secretly. His last meeting was at the time of TDPs no-confidence motion in Assembly. Delhi sources also said that Jagan has met few Congress big leaders Sonia Gandhi’s political advisor, Ahmad Patel, Andhra Pradesh state in-charge, Gulam Nabi Azad etc. MIM MP Owaisi is helping Jagan to communicate with top Congress leaders in Delhi.

It’s not easy to convince Pranab because he is very practical and he can understand the things very well. He is popular for strategies and several opposition leaders made comments that Pranab is behind the drama of Lokpal bill in Rajya Sabha.

Jagan and Pranab have good relationship since 2009. Pranab played a major role in proposing Rosaiah’s name as CM by Jagan in the CLP meeting after YSR’s death. Few Congress sources say Pranab seriously warned Sonia and other Congress leaders while Jagan leaving the party because Pranab know facts and charisma of Jagan. In an interview, Jagan clearly stated that if time comes then he will definitely support UPA in future. After Kadapa elections, Congress identified that it needs Jagan support in Andhra Pradesh for the next elections to form the government.

20 Congress MPs in touch with Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy

As per the sources from Congress and YSR CP, there are twenty Congress MPs are regularly in touch with YSR CP President Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. Interestingly, Congress senior MP Kaavuri Sambhasiva Rao is also in contact with Jagan.

We all know that, AP congress has been facing several problems in every issue due to lack of strong leader. AP Congress seemed dead, after sudden death of Chief Minister Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy. During his regime, we didn’t see any problems in Congress except few senior members of Congress like V. Hanumantha Rao. But, none bothered about their comments. After YSR’s assassination, several Congress leaders started feeling they’re supreme.

Former Chief Minister K.Rosaiah, who is senior most in Congress, became CM after YSRs death. Initially, everyone believed he is right person and he can drive the state in the foot steps of YSR. But, Rosaiah concentrated more on financial issues instead of social welfare schemes. He made several changes in several social welfare schemes that ran successfully during YSR period. He almost stopped arogya sri, 108 & 104 services, and not sanctioned any new houses in Indiramma gruhalu etc. Meanwhile, several senior Congress leaders started targeting YSR and his son Jagan. Congress high command did not give persmission to Jagan to continue his “Odharpu Yatra.” Jagan has met UPA Chairperson, Sonia Gandhi with his mother Y.S. Vijayamma but Sonia not granted permission. So, it is clear that Sonia feared if they will give permission then Jagan will become strong leader like his father.

Nevertheless, Jagan continued his Odharpu and but did not comment any thing over Sonia or Congress government. Finally, he left the Congress and established YSR Congress Party. In the Kadapa by-elections, Jagan and his mother Vijayamma contested and won with huge majority.

Later, Jagan said Congress government is running over his mercy and he can collapse the government at any time. Reportedly, Jagan has 80 Congress MLAs support but it was only 16 during TDPs no-confidence motion.

Several MLAs brothers and sons have been regularly in touch with Kadapa MP. Recently, sources reveal 20 state Congress MPs have been regularly communicating with Jagan. Kavuri Sambhasiva Rao, Rayapati Sambhasiva Rao, and Anathapuram MP Anantha Venkatarami Reddy are also in this list. We should also add Lagapati Raj Gopal into this list because during a television debate, Anakapalli MP Sabbam Hari, who is loyal to Jagan, confirmed Lagapati is seeking MP ticket from YSR CP.

YS Jagan starts Chenetha Deeksha in Dharmavaram

Kadapa MP, Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy began hunger strike named “Chenetha Deeksha” in Dharmavaram on Sunday evening.

YSR Congree Party president, Jagan has been utilizing every opportunity to become a strong political power in Andhra Pradesh for the elections in 2014. He started “Chenetha Deeksha” Sunday at Dharmavaram where several chenetha people exist. Thousands of chenetha workers gathered at venue to support Jagan’s 48 hours hunger strike. YSR CP leaders also mobilized several party workers to success the Jagan’s deeksha.

During the speech, Jagan fired about government and demanded CM to release 312 crores fund that was allotted to cancel the loans of Chenetha workers. He said government is not bothering about chenetha workers and insists seventeen chenetha workers were committed suicide only in Dharmavaram. He saddened about Kiran’s government behavior for not worrying over these suicides.

He also discussed about fees re-embarrassment and said congress government is playing games with student’s lives with out releasing the funds. He requested the government don’t see it as Jagan’s deeksha. He is urging the government to respond quickly over chenetha workers problems and cancel all their loans.

Previously, Jagan has made several deeskha’s like fees poru, raithu deeksha and several others. But, he did not get any response from government for all those deeksha’s. Nevertheless, he has been continuing his deekshas to establish himself in the people.

Now, it’s Minister DL Ravindra Reddy’s turn to target CM Kiran Kumar Reddy. AP’s CM reduced portfolios of Deputy CM Damodara Raja Narasimha and Health Minister DL, and allotted to newly appointed ministers.

D.L. Ravindra Reddy has been anger over Kiran’s behavior and his angry over CM rose to peak after reducing his portfolio. So, he has discussed with his family members over this issue and also seriously thinking about whether to resign to his minister post or not.

CM Kiran Kumar Reddy to include 3 Telangana MLAs into Cabinet

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy is planning to fill some of the cabinet vacancies by inducting three Telangana MLAs. Recently, Kiran has given an opportunity to two PRP members to join his cabinet.

Four MLAs Konda Surekha, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and Jupalli Krishna Rao from Telangana region have resigned for their ministries to support separate Telangana state. Initially, Kiran decided to change some portfolios in his cabinet but he did not get support from his high command. So, he just included C.Ramachandraiah and G.Srinivasrao from PRP by sacking P.Sankar Rao.

Next day, some of Telangana leaders opposed Kiran’s decision over terminating Sankar Rao. To answer those comments, Kiran decided to give opportunity to three MLAs from Telangana region. Kiran plans to fill these vacancies before assembly budget sessions, which will commence in mid-February. Kiran has been waiting for the appointment with AICC general secretary Ghulam Nabi Azad and party president Sonia Gandhi to discuss about cabinet expansion.

Congress party has over 50 MLAs from this region and there are only 11 senior members including Ch Mutyam Reddy, T Jayaprakash Reddy and P Kista Reddy ( Medak district), Komatireddy Venkata Reddy, R Damodar Reddy and N Uttam Kumar Reddy ( Nalgonda), Mallu Bhatti Vikramarkha (Khammam), Gandra Venkata Ramana Reddy (Warangal), and Marri Sashidhar Reddy, T Manemma, and P Vishnuvardhan Reddy ( Hyderabad). Out of these, N Uttam Kumar Reddy, Mallu Bhatti Vikramarkha and Gandra Venkata Ramana Reddy and Marri Sashidhar Reddy have been lobbying in central.

The Telangana agitation has been going on since several years and the agitation has reached the peak stage twice after the YSR death. The first it was raised soon after former CM Rosaiah crowned as Chief Minister and central government made a confused statement by Home Minister Chidambaram and after some time, he again made another confused statement.

Will CBI arrest YS Jagan?

Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy seemed to be in trouble after the arrest of his close friend Sunil Reddy. We all know that CBI has already arrested his business advisor and Sakshi vice-chairman Vijay Sai Reddy.

Political sources are saying two different versions about YS Jagan arrest. The very first one, there are better chances of arresting Jagan in EMAAR case and his illegal properties issues. CBI has arrested Vijay Sai Reddy in Jagan’s illegal properties case while Sunil Reddy was arrested in EMAAR case. In illegal properties case, there will be less chances of arresting Kadapa MP because CBI has arrested Vijay Sai after investigating more than 500 hours. CBI even played mind game to reveal the truths from Sakshi vice-chairman.

However, CBI reporting that Vijay Sai is not answering for crucial questions and he is just smiling when CBI officers asked about Jagan properties. Finally, CBI decided to seek permission for naarco tests and filed for permission in CBI court.

When it comes to Sunil Reddy, CBI has investigated him for more than a week but they did not get any crucial information and even CBI court unable to extend his custody and they have gone to high court to extend his custody.

The second version is complete based on politics. It is fact that Congress high command intentionally forced Sankar Rao to file case against Jagan. It has been putting pressure over CBI to target Jagan and seize all his properties. Now, Congress is in dilemma about YS Jagan arrest because if they arrest him his mother will come for election campaign and there is huge chance of increasing sympathy and it will be easy for YSRCP to win in by elections.

Let’s see what will happen?
