Chandrababu Naidu lost hopes on upcoming by-polls

TDP President Nara Chandrababu Naidu publicly announced he wants to stop contesting in elections. TDP has lost deposits in few constituencies and did not win even a seat in last by-polls that were held in Telangana region and Kovvur.

Chandrababu made some special statements during yesterday’s press conference at his home. He expressed his frustration about by-polls by saying he can’t understand for whom these by-polls are coming? Babu admitted there is no use of contesting in by-elections. CBN said if they stop contesting then it would be like giving license to this worst government to continue their bribe and that’s the reason they are contesting in elections. He added TDP doesn’t have money to distribute to voters.

TDP is going to celebrate its 31st anniversary on March 29. Babu urged people to vote for TDP in upcoming 2014 elections for bright future of our state. TDP is like a factory and there are several former TDP leaders in Congress, YSR Congress and PRP. He assured TDP is ready to give 33 percent of seats to youngsters in next elections. While discussing about crisis in TDP, he said crisis is not new to the party; they faced several crises in the form of Indira Gandhi, and YS Rajasekhar Reddy etc.

It seems by-poll results disappointed former chief minister once again. He campaigned in all constituencies vigorously but people simply rejected him. During the media conference, he indirectly targeted YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his news channel.

Congress and TDP spent huge money in last by-polls but they failed to receive the victory while YSR Congress Party did not distribute money and won with huge majority. It clearly indicates that people are not in a position to believe Congress and TDP.

YS Jagan Arrest vs CBI Charge Sheet!

After by-polls, every one is eagerly waiting to know about YS Jagan arrest and CBI charge sheet. YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is in safe zone as CBI plans to submit the charge sheet with out his arrest this week. CBI has been investigating the Jagan’s illegal assets case since several months and time has come to report the charge sheet in this case.

CBI has to file the charge sheet in Jagan’s illegal assets case of YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy on March 30, 2012. CBI joint director V V Lakshmi Narayana flew to Delhi to discuss with higher officials regarding this case. On Monday, Lakshmi Narayana met CBI director A P Singh in New Delhi and in the evening, he also met home minister P Chidambaram. CBI sources say they could not find any proper evidences in Jagan’s illegal assets case.

Two issues have been worrying CBI in this case. First, they can’t arrest YS Jagan without proper evidence and they can’t even arrest Jagan just for the sake of charge-sheet. Second, CBI needs to be mum in the court if it failed to produce evidence against Kadapa MP.

Earlier, CBI arrested Gali Janardhan Reddy, the Accused No. 1 in the Obulapuram Mining Case and similarly, it had arrested senior IAS officer B P Acharya, the A-1, in the case of Emaar case.

On the other side, YSRCP and Jagan seemed not bothering about the case and they are enjoying the celebrations of Kovvur victory. YSRCP claims CBI forcing people, whom CBI arrested, to say Jagan’s name. Obviously, Jagan has been busy in his “Odarpu Yatra” in Guntur district.
