Y S Jagan Mohan in troubles with Mining Don arrest

YSR Congress Party president and MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy landed in deep troubles due to former Karnataka tourism minister Gali Janardhan Reddy's arrest. Lots of speculations have been raising that CBI will arrest Jagan soon.

Central Breau of Investigation has conducted rides on mining don Gali's house in Bellary in the early hours on Monday. Few hours after raids, CBI arrested Gali and his brother-in-law and OMC managing director Srinivasa Reddy over illegal mining across the AP and Karnataka border. At the time of arrest, Bellary police protest Jali's arrest. However, CBI managed police and sent him to Hyderabad and presented him in the Nampally court. The court ordered 14 days custody. Currently, Jali is in Chanchalguda jail and jailers have been treating him as normal prisoner.

Jagan has been laying all his efforts to stop the CBI raids on his assests. 29 MLAs have resigned the Congress party for adding the late YS Rajasekhar Reddy name in FIR. Kadapa MP reached Delhi along with few key leaders of his party to get support from the national political parties and also to put pressure on the Congress. Jagan has been saying that Congress party intentionally forcing CBI to raid on his assests. Jagan also approached Supreme Court to stop the raids on his properties but court declined his petition.

CBI has been probing over the links between Jagan and Gali. Gali is the close friend of former AP CM YSR. YSR has allotted minnings to Gali and also given permission to establish Brahmini Steels Pvt Ltd. During the opening ceremony, Gali presented a expensive bus worth six crores to the YSR.

One national news channels says that they have documents that discloses the links between Jagan and Gali.
